This is a packing list made with spoonies in mind. People forget their tooth brush, underwear, or shoes under the best of circumstances adding brain fog can increase the omissions to the Nth degree. In addition to the usual categories: travel documents, clothing, and toiletries, there is half of a page dedicated to medications. With this packing list the only thing that you’ll forget to bring is what you forgot to write down.
